The design was refined through multiple full-scale prototypes to test weight distribution, balance, and long-term comfort. Each iteration informed adjustments to proportions, joint strength, and strap placement, ensuring stability and ergonomic performance under real-world loads.
The handles feature divots to prevent grocery bags from slipping and are fully removable.
